At KCB Solutions, we stand behind the quality of our commercial equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been installed, used, or modified
  • Custom or special-order equipment
  • Items marked as final sale

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at Support@kcbsolutions.org with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it. Please contact us at Support@kcbsolutions.org within 7 days of delivery.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.
