Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer a variety of shipping options depending on the size and weight of your order. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items ordered. For large or heavy commercial equipment, freight shipping may be required.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days
  • Freight/LTL Shipping: 7–14 business days (for large equipment)

We currently ship within the contiguous United States. Please contact us at Support@kcbsolutions.org for inquiries about shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
